Legal notice and terms of use

Version of 1 October 2026

Publisher

The portal https://ultrametrix.fr (public site and customer space) is published by Ultrametrix, 58 avenue Chanoine Cartellier, 69230 Saint-Genis-Laval, France.

  • Contact: contact@ultrametrix.fr

Host

Contabo GmbH, Welfenstraße 22, 81541 Munich, Germany (https://contabo.com).

Purpose of the portal

The portal presents Ultrametrix's UMX offers and gives an account access to the module downloads, the licenses, support and billing.

The UMX modules (Explorer and Risk Manager) run inside the customer's network, with no link to the portal. The portal never receives nor stores any data about an industrial site.

Account

  • Signing up is for professionals: it requires a professional e-mail address, confirmed before any download or license.
  • The account holder keeps their password and second factor confidential, and reports at once any use of the account they did not make.
  • Ultrametrix may suspend an account used fraudulently or against these terms, after telling its holder except in an emergency.
  • The holder may export their data and delete their account at any time from their space ("Your data").

Offers and licenses

  • UMX Explorer is free and its source code is published under the Apache 2.0 license.
  • Risk Manager and Risk Manager + CTI are sold as an annual license, per deployment. The terms of each paid offer are given when ordering.
  • The offers on quote (Enterprise Suite, audit, consulting missions) are covered by a separate contract.

Intellectual property

The contents of the portal (texts, trademarks, logos, visuals) belong to Ultrametrix and may not be reproduced without its consent. Explorer's code remains governed by the Apache 2.0 license; Risk Manager is proprietary software.

Availability and liability

Ultrametrix takes reasonable steps to keep the portal reachable and the accounts secure, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. An outage of the portal does not affect the modules installed at the customer's, which run offline.

Personal data

How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy, linked from the footer of every page.

Changes and governing law

These terms carry a version date. A new version is announced to account holders; the version accepted at sign-up is recorded.

These terms are governed by French law.
