Annual license, per deployment

A deployment is a UMX hub and its probes, installed inside your network, usually for one site or plant. Each Risk Manager deployment gets its own license, valid for one year.

The license is a signed file the hub checks offline: no connection to Ultrametrix is needed to activate or to use it. You download it from your space, it renews every year with the subscription and carries the rights of the offer bought.

Explorer has no license: install it freely, on as many networks as you wish.

Frequently asked questions

Do the modules work offline?
Yes. The probe, the hub and Risk Manager run inside your network with no internet access, and the license is checked offline. Only the threat-intelligence module of Risk Manager + CTI queries external sources: it is off by default and sends only the scope you confirm (your organization's names and domains).
Where does the data of our sites go?
Nowhere: inventory, maps and risk analyses stay in your installations. The ultrametrix.fr portal keeps only your account, your organization, your licenses and your requests, never any industrial site data.
How do updates work?
Each version is published in your space with its notes and its SHA-256 hash; for a network without internet access, a manifest file is imported by hand. Before updating, the umx backup command saves your data, encrypted.
Can we change offer during the year?
Yes. Moving to a higher offer opens a new twelve-month term from the day of the change, with no proration: the former license is revoked and the new one issued at once.
How do we cancel?
From your space, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period: the license stays valid until then, after which the paid features lock. Explorer's passive mapping keeps working.

Let's talk about your need

Enterprise Suite, risk audit or consulting mission: describe your context, and we get back to you to discuss it. The quote comes after that conversation.
